- Within 2 working days you will receive an email from us with the shipping label. With this you can send the shoes to us for free
- Make sure the shoes are clean before shipping
- We carry out the full service repair
- Within 2 weeks we will send the shoes back (due to the holiday period it can take up to 4 weeks)
- You get a 6-month warranty on the repair
