What return options do I have?

If the size is not correct, you can return the shoes for free* within 30 days of receiving the product (*except for Outlet-products). When we have received the shoes back, the amount will be refunded within two working days to the account with which the order was settled. Depending on your chosen method and bank, it can take up to five business days for the money to be returned to your account.

Can I exchange the shoes?

Unfortunately, the direct exchange of shoes is not possible. To receive the desired shoes, you can place a new order and return the others to us, free of charge except for Outlet items where you will pay a fee for shipping costs of €6.95 for Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands and €12.95 for France & Italy. For most other countries, return shipping costs are €30.

How should I pack the shoes to return?

Use the original packaging for this. That way, the chance of damage is as small as possible and we may be able to make someone else happy with it. Do you no longer have the original packaging? Then use different sturdy packaging. We look at the condition of the returned shoes and determine whether there is any depreciation.

What if I bought Loints of Holland shoes in a physical store?
