How do I return my shoes?

What return options do I have?

You can return your regular order within 30 days of receiving the product. You have two choices:

1. Free return, where you will receive the purchase value of your order in the form of a coupon code that can be redeemed on this website for up to 1 year after issuance.

2. Refund of your purchase amount via your original payment method. In this case, you pay for the return shipping, and the costs will be charged during your request.

Once we have received the shoes back, you will receive the coupon code or the amount within two working days.

Returns of Outlet items are not free. You will pay for the return costs, which will be charged during your request. You will receive the value of your purchase amount as a coupon code that can be redeemed on this website for up to 1 year after issuance.

Can I exchange the shoes?

Directly exchanging the shoes is unfortunately not possible. However, you can choose a coupon code to place a new order immediately. To receive the desired shoes, you can place a new order with a coupon code and return the others to us. In this case, the return is free for regular orders, and for Outlet items, the shipping costs will be charged during the request.

How should I pack the shoes for return?

Use the original packaging for this. This way, the risk of damage is minimized, and we might be able to make someone else happy with it. If you no longer have the original packaging, use another sturdy package. We assess the condition of the returned shoes and determine whether there is any depreciation based on that.

What if I bought Loints of Holland shoes in a physical store?

If you bought Loints of Holland shoes in a store, you can only return the shoes to that store. Please contact the store for this.
