Shipping, exchange & return

Return a product

If the size is not right, you can return the shoes free of charge within 30 days after receiving the product. When we have received the shoes back, the amount will be refunded within 2 working days to the account with which the order was settled.

Exchange a product

Unfortunately, direct exchange of the shoes is not possible. To receive the desired shoes, you can place a new order and return the others to us free of charge.

Shipping and delivery

Our delivery partner is DPD. In the table below you can look op the costs and delivery time for your country. We deliver the order to your home or to a DPD pick-up point of your choice. You can choose this in the checkout.
