How will my order be delivered?

Our delivery partner is DPD. You can indicate at the checkout where you want the order to be delivered. You can choose between delivering the order to your home or to a DPD-collection point of your choice .

What is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is approximately one working day after ordering the shoes.

Can I track my order?

If you log in to your account you can see the status of your order. You will receive a track & trace code so you can track your package. If you have any questions, you can contact us at customerservice@loints.com.
