How will my order be delivered?

Our standard delivery partner is DPD, in some countries we work with DHL or PostNL. You can indicate at the checkout where you want the order to be delivered. You can choose between delivering the order to your home or to a DPD-collection point of your choice .

Can I track my order?

When you log in to your account you can see the status of your order. You will receive a track and trace by e-mail so that you can follow your package. If you have any questions, please contact us atcustomerservice@loints.com .

What are the delivery costs and delivery time?

Loints of Holland offers free delivery on orders over €100 to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and The Netherlands. For most other countries, we currently offer a delivery option for €30.
When shipping overseas (like United States) import duties have to be paid.
