Returning is free from the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg and Spain. For returns from other countries, including Slovakia and the United Kingdom, return costs are €40 per shipment.

Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Spain, Slovakia and the United Kingdom. Below €100 shipping is €7.95. For all other countries, see Ordering & delivery.

We ship from the Netherlands, usually with DHL or DPD. In Belgium, DHL hands your parcel over to bpost, who deliver it. Please give a home address as your delivery address. The carrier informs you about the delivery, and you can change it there yourself (delivery instructions, or a pickup point if you are not at home).

We usually ship within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed on a working day before 12:00 often leave the same day, and in the Netherlands they can then be delivered the next day. This is an indication, not a guarantee.
