Shoes on or off at home? Both are normal. Wet and muddy shoes are another matter.

In winter we spend more hours at home. Some of us stay on our Loints indoors, others swap. With wet, dirty shoes, most of us would rather swap. That is why we made a small selection for at home: slippers, and one shoe that works both inside and out.

We think these are really great slippers, and we are happy to tell you why.

Gottstein is a family business from Tyrol in Austria that has worked with natural materials for generations. Some of their soles come from a sole manufacturer in Spain. It is the same factory we have worked with for many years: soles from there have been under our Boston and our Brevis for more than ten years.

We think it is special that Gottstein uses such a sole for a slipper. They even made a slipper with a replaceable footbed. We had to talk further, and that is how this collaboration began.

Care for both slippers: beat out and brush. Remove stains with a damp cotton cloth and mild soap. Do not let the slipper get soaked, and never dry it in the sun or on a heat source.

You know the Turbo sole from our best-known shoes, thanks to its lightweight comfort. The Twisk is a Loints of Holland classic on that sole, with an elegant split on top of the foot.

The Twisk is an all-rounder, for indoors and outdoors. In spring and summer you wear it outside, in winter at home.

Customers tell us they forget to take off their Loints when they go to bed. With the Twisk we understand that, because it feels just as good at home.
