USA shipments - IMPORTANT
Important for U.S. Customers — Import Duties and Customs Costs
When you order shoes from LointsofHolland.com, you are responsible for all import duties and taxes upon delivery in the United States. As of August 29, 2025, the “de minimis” exemption for packages valued under $800 no longer applies—all shipments are now subject to customs duties and processing.
We will take care of the right information on the package - as we did in the past.
Also we keep paying the process fees for customwork by our courier (FedEx).
But, different from before you will be charged by the customs to pay for the import duties. Fedex will perform these handling and will contact you about this.
We’re in this together! While we’re doing everything we can to ensure smooth delivery of your order, there is a possibility of delays in early September. This could be due to the recent changes in U.S. customs rules and the temporary suspensions or restrictions by some postal and shipping providers.
(International carriers—especially in Europe and Asia—have responded to new customs uncertainties and the end of the “de minimis” exemption by temporarily halting or modifying shipments to the U.S.).
If any issues arise—such as customs holdups or shipping delays—we confidently trust that together we will find a good solution. Whether that means adjusting the shipping method, providing customs documents, or offering alternatives, we are here to support you.

How will my order be delivered?
Our standard delivery partner is DHL and DPD, in some countries we work with others (Outside EU most of the time FedEx). You can indicate at the checkout where you want the order to be delivered. We always work with tracable packages, so we both can follow your shipment.
Can I track my order?
When you log in to your account you can see the status of your order. You will receive a track and trace by e-mail so that you can follow your package. If you have any questions, please contact us at mail@lointsofholland.com
What are the delivery costs and delivery time?
Loints of Holland offers free delivery on orders over €100 to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and The Netherlands. For most other countries, we currently offer a delivery option for €30.
When shipping overseas (like United States) import duties have to be paid.
