Our standard delivery partner is DHL and DPD, in some countries we work with others (Outside EU most of the time FedEx). You can indicate at the checkout where you want the order to be delivered. We always work with tracable packages, so we both can follow your shipment.

When you log in to your account you can see the status of your order. You will receive a track and trace by e-mail so that you can follow your package. If you have any questions, please contact us at mail@lointsofholland.com

Loints of Holland offers free delivery on orders over €100 to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and The Netherlands. For most other countries, we currently offer a delivery option for €30.
When shipping overseas (like United States) import duties have to be paid.

- For the US the duties are calculated at checkout and paid to via us. No additional duties are charged to you as a customer when the goods enter the US.

- !! For Canada duties are NOT calculated at checkout and are NOT paid via us. There will be charged duties and handling fee to you, the customer, when the goods enter Canada.

Import Duties and Customs Costs for U.S. Customers

When you order shoes from LointsofHolland.com and ship them to the United States, your order may be subject to U.S. import duties and taxes.

As of August 29, 2025, the “de minimis” exemption for packages valued under USD 800 no longer applies. This means that all shipments to the U.S. can be charged customs duties and processing fees.

To avoid unexpected costs upon delivery, we now handle this for you:

• We calculate the applicable import duties and taxes during checkout.
  
• These amounts are charged to you together with your order total.
  
• We then pay the import duties and taxes on your behalf to the U.S. government, via our shipping partner (FedEx).
  

You therefore should not receive additional duty or tax bills from FedEx or U.S. Customs at the time of delivery in normal circumstances.

We will continue to:

• Provide all correct customs information and documentation on your parcel, as we have always done.
  
• Cover the standard processing/handling fees for customs clearance charged by our courier (FedEx).
