Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the destination country and order value.
For destinations within our European shipping zones:
• Shipping costs are €7.95 for orders below €100.
• Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more.
For most destinations outside our European shipping zones:
• Shipping costs are €29 per order.
• Available shipping options and rates are shown during checkout.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method.
For certain destinations, including the United States, import duties and taxes may be collected during checkout. When import duties and taxes are included, this will be clearly shown during checkout and no additional import charges should be due upon delivery.
If import duties and taxes are not shown during checkout, any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged when the shipment enters the destination country.
Please note that delivery options, shipping rates and customs arrangements may vary by destination and will always be shown during checkout.
