Shipping policy

We ship to the Netherlands, to a number of European countries, and to a selected
group of countries beyond. At checkout you will see straight away whether we can
ship to your country and what it costs.

Netherlands
Shipping is EUR 7.95. Free from EUR 100.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Slovakia,
Spain and the United Kingdom
Shipping is EUR 7.95. Free from EUR 100.

Other countries we ship to
Australia, Canada, Caribbean Netherlands, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland,
Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco,
New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Korea,
Sweden, Switzerland and the United States.

For these countries shipping is EUR 29 per order, for orders from EUR 100. For
orders below EUR 100 we cannot ship to these countries at the moment.

into whether shipping is possible after all.

Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. If you order before
12:00 on a business day, your order will in many cases go out the same day, and in
the Netherlands it can be delivered the next day. This is an indication, not a
guarantee. How long delivery takes depends on the destination country and the
carrier.

Import duties and customs
Within the European Union you pay no import duties.

For countries outside the EU we calculate any import duties and taxes at checkout.
You will see them there as a separate line and pay them straight away, so there
should normally be nothing more to pay on delivery. This is the case for orders to
the United States. If no amount for import duties is shown at checkout, any charges
on import are for the recipient.

Customs may inspect a shipment at any time, even when import duties have already
been paid. If the carrier or customs asks you for additional information, contact us
at mail@lointsofholland.com and we will sort it out together.
