I am, too, concerned that the quality of the shoes isn't what it used to be when they were manufactured in Hungary.
I wear your shoes and sandals almost exclusively. I already own two pairs (along with other models), but after years of wear, they’ve worn out; I wanted to get another pair, but I’m forced to return them.
The finish doesn't seem up to the same standard, the red zipper has changed—looking much less attractive—and, most importantly, the sizing has changed. The new shoes won't close on my feet.

Ich habe mich gefreut, als endlich das Paket ankam. Leider ist es so, dass das Leder an den Rändern sehr hart ist, und vor allem der linke Schuh ist so, dass der große Zeh nicht genug Platz hat und beim Gehen stark schmerzt. So kann es nicht bleiben. Ich muss zum Schuster gehen und schauen, ob der etwas machen kann. Bei den gleichen Schuhen in den vergangenen Jahren und überhaupt bei meinen Loints-Schuhen - und ich habe nur Loints-Schuhe - hatte ich dieses Problem nie, sie passten immer sofort. Schade! Vielleicht haben Sie ja eine Idee, was ich machen könnte.
